These Terms of Service establish the general framework under which GUTIERREZ F STUDIO, S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter, “GFS”) provides comprehensive event production and strategic management services.
These guidelines supplement the specific contract that, if applicable, is entered into between the parties.
1. Nature of the Service
GFS is a full-service production firm specializing in the comprehensive development of high-end celebrations and events.
Each project is conceived as a comprehensive system that integrates the following:
- Budget planning
- Concept development
- Technical production
- Logistical coordination
- On-site operational management
- Strategic oversight at every stage
The specific scope will be defined in the proposal and corresponding contract.
2. Comprehensive Project Management
GFS assumes full strategic and operational management of the project, integrating design, production, and execution under a single vision.
The selection and coordination of specialized partners are part of the comprehensive process led by GFS, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational control.
Each vendor is responsible for the technical execution of its services in accordance with its area of expertise, while GFS maintains overall supervision and management of the project.
3. Budget Structure
The event’s financial planning is developed based on information provided by the client and may be adjusted as the scope of the project evolves.
Changes to the design, number of guests, vendors, or venue may affect the total budget. GFS strategically guides these adjustments to maintain a balance between creative ambition and operational feasibility.
4. Contractual Arrangements and Payments
The provision of services is subject to the signing of a formal contract and compliance with the agreed-upon payment schedule.
Fees, specific terms, and the payment structure will be defined in the corresponding proposal.
Failure to make payments may affect the continuity of the operational process.
5. Changes and Rescheduling
Any modification to the project’s dates, scope, or structure must be evaluated based on availability and the conditions in effect at the time of the change.
Rescheduling may entail operational and financial adjustments resulting from the new date or scope.
6. Use of Images and Audiovisual Material
Unless expressly indicated in writing prior to the event, GFS may use photographs, video, and audiovisual material from the project for editorial, institutional, and promotional purposes, always exercising discretion and respect for the nature of the event.
7. Confidentiality
GFS maintains strict confidentiality regarding any strategic, personal, or financial information provided by the client.
8. Governing Law
The relationship between the parties shall be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
